Returns & Exchanges

All Fresca Vibes pieces are made to order, so returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind are not accepted.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@frescavibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend checking the size guide before placing your order.

If anything is off, we got you.
